Door to Door Shuttle Service - Wawa Express

Providing an efficient transportation service is always a priority!  However, we are not responsible for delays caused by incidents and/or situations beyond our control.  Inclement weather, regular day to day traffic in the city, accidents, road closures are some of the reasons that a route time can be affected.  In case and whenever this happens, we are very proactive in finding solutions to minimize any delays.


All passengers should be ready for their pick up (if door to door service is provided) by the time specified at the time of reservation.  Please note that the time provided is not intended to be an exact time of pick up but just the time that you should be ready.  Pick up times are estimated times only.  Our drivers and our dispatch team will notify each passenger via phone call or text message when the driver is on his way to your pick up and give you a more exact ETA (estimated time of arrival)


Our service provides buses with optimal conditions and according to the bus assigned to your trip (some features will vary from bus to bus).  These are features that you have a right to when you travel with us:

Deposits

To confirm a reservation and secure a seat with Wawa Express for airport transportation, a deposit is currently required for each seat, with the amount varying based on different circumstances. This deposit may differ from one seat to multiple seats. Generally, for one seat on a shared door-to-door shuttle service in Florida, the deposit is only $20. The deposited amount will be deducted from the remaining fare at the time of payment. If you are reserving private transportation through Wawa Express, you may be asked to pay in advance between 20% to 30%, depending on the size of your group.

Cancellations & Refunds

To receive a full refund of any deposit or payment made for your airport transportation booking, you are required to cancel your reservation 7 days in advance. If you cancel 3 days prior to your travel, only 50% of the original payment will be refunded in the form of a voucher, which can be used for a future Florida shuttle service. If we receive a cancellation between 24 to 71 hours before your travel, your deposited amount will not be refunded or credited. In case our management approves any credit for a deposit or payment made, the company reserves the right to issue a credit voucher for a future trip, such as our Wawa Express service. This voucher will be valid for 6 months from the date of approval.

Payments

Payment is required at boarding for our Florida shuttle service and not in any other place or time. To ensure an effective experience in our airport transportation routes and to avoid delaying other passengers, receiving payments for trips at scheduled stops is no longer recommended or permitted. Each passenger should pay their fare or any unpaid balance when they are boarding the shuttle, including those using Wawa Express.

General Luggage Policy

Every fare for our Florida shuttle service includes standard bags limited to 1 checked bag and 1 personal item. Any additional luggage will incur extra fees and must be declared at the time of reservation or at least 24 hours before traveling. As you utilize our airport transportation, keep in mind that luggage space is shared with other travelers. If you are traveling with more than the standard baggage and it is not declared, checking the bags may be denied if it compromises the luggage space of other passengers. Remember, for a convenient stop, you can always grab a snack at Wawa Express before your journey.

Personal Items

When utilizing airport transportation, it’s important that your personal items do not occupy other passengers' travel space. These items should be small enough to fit on your lap or on the floor between your feet, ensuring no interference with other passengers. You may bring on board a backpack, small shoulder bag, purse, or laptop. If you're using a Florida shuttle service, keep in mind the same guidelines for your belongings. Additionally, if you're stopping at Wawa Express before your journey, remember to pack your items accordingly.

Luggage

For our airport transportation services with Wawa Express, standard luggage must not exceed 50 lbs. If you need to bring luggage heavier than 50 lbs, the passenger is responsible for loading the luggage into the shuttle. Please note that Wawa Express will not be liable for any personal injury resulting from the loading, unloading, or improper handling of luggage by the passenger during your Florida shuttle service.

Luggage Advice

To prevent any mix-up with other passengers' luggage during our airport transportation, we require that each passenger mark or tag their luggage for easy identification with their full name and phone number. Additionally, you may use a TSA-approved lock for extra security and baggage safety while using our Florida shuttle service.


Our staff and drivers at Wawa Express are properly trained and prepared to return luggage to our customers in the same condition that it was in when loaded onto the shuttle. Nevertheless, Wawa Express will not be liable under any circumstance for damage to or loss of any luggage. Furthermore, Wawa Express disclaims any liability for any expense, value, or fragile items such as computers, laptops, electronics, jewelry, artwork, and collectible items. We strongly recommend that all items, with the exception of checked bags, be kept with passengers at all times.

Lost / Damaged Items

Wawa Express and our company drivers are not responsible for any lost items, including bag contents or damaged items, during your airport transportation. However, we will take all measures and put forth all possible efforts to retrieve any lost or damaged items or baggage. If you have used our Florida shuttle service and need assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out to our office to help locate your lost items. Each passenger is ultimately responsible for their belongings, and if any suspicious behavior is noted from another passenger, or if you suspect that someone has unlawfully taken your belongings, please inform our driver to stop the route, and you may also call local authorities to proceed.

Weapons / Firearms / Ammo

All passengers using our Florida shuttle service, including those utilizing Wawa Express for airport transportation, are prohibited from carrying weapons or ammunition in their carry-on items. Federal or local law enforcement officers are subject to exemptions. However, weapons and firearms may be transported in checked bags or stored bags. Firearms in suitcases must be in a locked hard-sided case and declared to our Wawa Express employee at check-in.

All Prohibited Items

● No type of food is allowed on board our airport transportation vehicles; eating inside our vans is strictly prohibited. Drinking sodas or juices (with the exception of bottled water) is also not allowed. Our vans are a NON SMOKING area, and smoking on board or near the van is strictly prohibited. Violators will incur a clean-up fee of up to $150, depending on the extent of damages. To avoid any inconveniences and extra fees, please only eat, drink, or smoke at scheduled stops during your trip with our Florida shuttle service.  


● Boxes that exceed standard suitcase restrictions, oversized luggage, and duffel bags exceeding the luggage allowance; corrosive substances (such as acids and alkalis), combustible or flammable liquids (such as gasoline and kerosene), compressed gases, bio-hazardous materials, explosives (including fireworks), hazardous materials (poisons, radioactive materials, etc.), materials with a noxious odor, and illicit substances are strictly prohibited on our Wawa Express transportation services.

Ilegal Substances

Customers are not permitted to carry any kind of controlled and/or illegal substances on board our Wawa Express shuttles, whether during airport transportation or while on a trip. This includes personal or checked bags, and such items are strictly prohibited in the cabin or anywhere else in the vehicle. Wawa Express maintains a drug-free zone with zero tolerance for drugs.
