Cuando recibimos un pedido de reservación solicitamos un deposito de $20 por asiento para separarle el asiento y confirmar su reservación garantizando su recogida. Dicho deposito solo debe abonarse cuando una reservación este confirmada con la disponibilidad y costo.
Los $20 depositados se le acredita al precio total cotizado y el dia del viaje solo queda pagar la diferencia.
El deposito es reembolsable de la misma forma que fue enviado si cancela 7 dias antes de viajar. Si recibimos cancelación 3 días antes de viajar, el deposito realizado queda en fondo para viajar otro día o en otro viaje. Si cancelara con menos de 3 días de antelación no habrá reembolso o credito en fondo para otro viaje.
Puede realizar su deposito o pago completo en las siguientes formas; no se cobra cargo adicional para aceptar su deposito.

To confirm a reservation and to reserve a seat, Wawa Express currently requests a deposit for each seat in which the amount of the deposit may vary depending of different circumstances. The amount may differ from 1 seat to multiple seats. Generally for 1 seat on a shared door to door shuttle is only $20. The deposited amount will be deducted from the remaining fare at the time of payment. If you are reserving a private transportation, you may be asked to pay in advance between 20% to 30% depending on the group size.
To receive a full refund of any deposit or payment given, you are required to cancel your booking 7 days in advance. If you cancel 3 days prior to your travel, only 50% of the original payment will be refunded. If we receive a cancellation between 24 hours to 71 hours prior to your travel, your deposited amount will not be refunded or accredited. In case our management were to approve any credit for a deposit given, the company reserves the right to issue a credit for any future trips or services valid for use until 6 months past the date of approval.
Payment is required at boarding and not in any other place or time. To ensure and effective time in our routes and to not delay any other passenger, receiving payments for trips at scheduled stops is no longer recommended or permitted. Each passenger should pay their fare or unpaid balance when they are boarding the shuttle.
Every fare includes standard bags limited to 1 checked bag and 1 personal item. Any other piece of luggage will incur additional fee(s) and must be declared at the time of reservation or at least 24 hours before traveling. Since there will be other passengers on your shuttle, the luggage space is also shared with other travelers. If you are traveling with more than the standard baggage and it is not declared, checking the bags may be denied if it compromises the luggage space of other passengers.
Your personal items to bring on board should not occupy other passengers travel space and should be small enough to fit on your lap, on the floor between your feet without any interference to other passengers. You may bring with you on board a backpack, small shoulder bag, purse, or laptop.
Standard luggage that we can accommodate is not to exceed 50 lbs. In case you need to bring heavier luggage heavier than 50 lbs, the passenger is required to load the luggage into the shuttle. Wawa Express will not be liable under any circumstance for personal injury as a result of loading, unloading and improper luggage handling by the passenger.
To prevent any mix-up with other passengers luggage, we require that the passenger mark or tag their luggage for easy identification with the customers full name and phone number. Additionally you may put a TSA approved lock for additional security and baggage safety.
Our staff and drivers are properly trained and prepared to return luggage to our customers in the same condition that it was in when loaded onto the shuttle. Nevertheless, Wawa Express will not be liable under any circumstance for damage to or loss of any luggage. Furthermore, Wawa Express disclaims any liability for any expense, value, fragile items such as computers, laptops, electronics, jewelry, artwork, collectible items and we strongly recommend that all items with the exception of checked bags be with passengers at all times.
Wawa Express and company drivers are not responsible for any lost items, any bag contents or damaged items. However, we will take all measures and put forth all possible efforts to retrieving any lost or damaged item(s) or baggage. Please do not hesitate to reach out to our office to attempt to find your lost items. Each passenger is ultimately responsible for their belongings and if any suspicious behavior is noted from any other passenger or if you have evidence that any other passenger has unlawfully taken your belongings, you inform our driver to stop the route and you may call local authorities to proceed.
Boxes that exceed standard suitcase restrictions, other over-sized luggage, and duffel bags exceeding the luggage allowance; corrosive substances (such as acids and alkalis), combustible or flammable liquids (such as gasoline and kerosene), compressed gases, bio-hazardous materials, explosives (including fireworks), hazardous materials (poisons, radioactive materials, etc.), materials with a noxious odor, illicit substances.
All passengers are prohibited from carrying weapons or ammunition on the bus in their carry-on items. Federal or local law enforcement officers are subject to exemptions. Weapons and firearms may be transported in checked bag or stored bags. Firearms in suitcases must be in a locked hard-sided case and declared to our Wawa Express employee at check-in.
Customers are not permitted to carry on our shuttles any kind of controlled and/or illegal substances, permitted or not, while coming on board, or while on a trip. Not inside your personal or checked bag and even less on board in the cabin or in any place of the vehicle. Wawa Express is a drug free zone and zero toleration to drugs.
